Kathmandu, 6 July: As the reconstituted Constitutional Bench formed to hear the writs filed against the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) has completed its proceedings, the apex court is set to hand down its verdict on July 12.
After hearing arguments of advocates on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, and that of Speaker of House of Representatives as well as insight into the case from amicus curiae, the Bench led by the Chief Justice (CJ) Cholendra Shamsher JB Rana comprising justices Deepak Kumar Karki, Mira Khadka, Ishwar Prasad Khatiwada and Ananda Mohan Bhattarai will issue a verdict on the case on July 12, CJ Rana announced on Monday.
