Pakistan helps medical equipment to India

Pakistan has expressed commitment to assist medical equipment including ventilator, X-Ray machine, PPE, among others to India.

Pakistan’s prime minister Imran Khan has twitted expressing solidarity with the people of India as they battle a dangerous wave of COVID-19. He has prayed for a speedy recovery of all those suffering from the pandemic in India.

Accordingly, Pakistani foreign minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has twitted, as a gesture of solidarity with the people of India in the wake of the current wave of COVID19, Pakistan has officially offered relief and support to India, including ventilators, Bi PAP, digital X ray machines, PPEs and other related items.

“We believe in a policy of Humanity First”, he has tweeted.

Earlier, Pakistan’s Edhi Foundation, established by Abdul Sattar Edhi had provided 50 ambulances and other emergencies medical equipment along with a medical team.

Different countries have assisted India with medical equipment to fight against the pandemic surge.
