Indeed, in what seems to be a carefully thought out pre-election campaign strategy, the party of former panchas has apparently decided that its future prospects can best be advanced by hanging on to the coat-tails of the Nepali Congress, a party that not too long ago publicly scorned it as a party of “reactionaries”
