Former King Gyanendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev has expressed deep sorrow over the damage caused by floods and landslides this year in different parts of the country.
The former King has extended heartfelt condolences to those who have been bereaved from the natural calamity and wished for the speedy recovery of the health of those who have been injured.
“I am seriously shocked from reports of loss of lives and properties and injury of the people caused by floods and landslides in the country this year”, the former King has stated in a statement issued on Monday, 13 July.
The former King has urged the concerned sector for timely relief, rescue and treatment of the victims.
