Kathmandu, 31 December: Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Gokul Prasad Banskota, has said a person from the ruling party itself would become the Parliament Speaker.Minister Banskota, who is also the government spokesman, said this while speaking in a press conference organized by Press Organization Kanchanpur this morning.
