President Ramchandra Paudel has issued two ordinances
According to a statement issued by the President’s Office today President Paudel authenticated and promulgated the two ordinances on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, in accordance with Article 114, Clause (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.
The ordinances issued are the ‘Nepal Academy of Science, Technology and Innovation Ordinance, 2083’ and the ‘Science, Technology and Innovation Ordinance, 2083.’
