Kathmandu, Sept 7: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) General Secretary Shard Raj Pathak has left the party. On Sunday, Pathak announced that he had completely severed ties with the RPP.
Pathak said he decided to end his association with the party because it had failed to pursue timely restructuring and had not demonstrated a genuine commitment to good governance. He said the RPP was unwilling to develop into a political force that people could trust.
Pathak also accused the party of having a deep contradiction between its stated ideology and its actual conduct.
