Kathmandu, Sept 4: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) lawmaker Shriram Neupane said the Nepal Army has reported hearing a human voice coming from inside the tunnel of the Trishuli 3A project.
A rescue team from the Nepal Army and Armed Police Force has entered the tunnel and is intensifying rescue operations. During the effort, Neupane said that voices of people were heard from inside the tunnel.
Neupane said he himself had been at the site as an engineer and had been directly involved in the rescue and search operation until Thursday evening.
