Kathmandu, Aug 29: The road connecting Kathmandu with Muglin in Chitwan has resumed operation, with Nepal Police saying the route is now fully open to traffic.
However, traffic is currently restricted to one way along a one-kilometre stretch near Baireni Bazaar in Dhading, police said.
The road had been blocked after a flood entered Nepal from Tibet, China, on August 26.
