Kathmandu, Aug 15: Nepal Oil Corporation will distribute LPG gas cylinders at five locations in Kathmandu today, Saturday
The corporation said various brands of LPG cylinders will be made available at designated locations in coordination with the District Administration Office, Kathmandu, and Nepal Oil Corporation.
Consumers facing an urgent need for gas can purchase cylinders from the designated sales centers between 10 am and 6 pm. They must carry their citizenship certificate or national identity card to purchase gas.
The designated locations and available brands are:
At the Nepal Oil Corporation premises in Teku, consumers can buy Nepal, HP, Everest/Sugam, Shriram, Sagar, Siddhartha, Shree and Himal gas.
At the Transport Office premises in Chabahil, Nepal and HP gas will be available.
At the Radhaswami premises in Kirtipur, Nepal, HP, Everest/Sugam, Shrimaya, Shrikrishna, Saijawala and Om gas will be available.
At the Radhaswami premises in Basundhara, Nepal, HP, Everest/Sugam, Bhanu and Om gas will be available.
At the old District Administration Office premises in Babarmahal, Nepal, HP, Everest/Sugam, Shriram, Sagar, Himal, KTC, Popular and Surya gas will be available.
The corporation said LPG imports are continuing regularly and gas industries are also selling cylinders through their authorized dealers as usual.
It has urged consumers not to queue unnecessarily and to purchase gas only according to their needs.
