Balendra Shah’s would be cabinet members

Kathmandu, March 27: The newly appointed Prime Minister Balendra Shah is scheduled to take the oath of office and secrecy today at 12:34 PM.

Meanwhile, the RSP has also finalized the names of ministers who will join the government. Prime Minister Shah has decided to keep the defense portfolio with him.

Dr. Swarnim Wagle will be given the responsibility of the Ministry of Finance, while Sobita Gautam will handle the Ministry of Law. Similarly, Shishir Khanal is set to be appointed as Foreign Minister and Sudhan Gurung as Home Minister.

It has been agreed to assign Biraj Bhakta Shrestha to the Ministry of Energy, Amaresh Kumar Singh to the Ministry of Industry, Pratibha Raut to the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration, and Gita Chaudhary to the Ministry of Agriculture.

Likewise, Dr. Bikram Timalsina will head the Ministry of Communications, Susmita Pokharel the Ministry of Education, Deepak Shah the Ministry of Labor, and Ganesh Paudel the Ministry of Tourism.

According to RSP sources, Sita Wadi will be given the responsibility of the Ministry of Women, Children and Senior Citizens, while Nisha Mehta is set to be appointed as Minister for Health and Population.
