Kathmandu, September 21: The auspicious time to receive the Dasain Tika is 11.36 am on October 12, according to the Panchanga Nirnayak Samiti (Callander Deciding Committee).
The Committee has also informed that the auspicious time to establish Ghatasthapana is 9.16 am on October 3.
