Kathmandu, August 4: The one-and-a-half-month-long Rato Machhindranath festival concluded today along with the Bhoto Jatra event in Jawlakhel, Lalitpur.
The Bhoto (vest) was displayed in the presence of President Ramchandra Paudel and other high-level dignitaries.
