Kathmandu, July 18: Chinese Ambassador Chen Song paid a courtesy call on newly appointed Foreign Minister Dr Arzu Rana and discussed bilateral ties on Wednesday. Wednesday, July 17.
During the meeting, they agreed to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
Ambassador Chen stated, “I am pleased to meet Honorable Foreign Minister Dr. Arju Rana Deuba. I extend heartfelt congratulations to her on her appointment as the new Foreign Minister.”
The Ambassador also informed that preparations are underway to celebrate the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Nepal and China. He shares, “During the meeting, we reached an agreement to strengthen and enhance our multifaceted bilateral relations and cooperation. We are preparing to celebrate the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Nepal”.
