Kathmandu, July 5: The 10th national convention of the Ekikrit Samajwadi Party unanimously elected Madhav Nepal as its chairman, Jhanalanth Khanal as the respected leader and Ghanashyam Bhushal as the general secretary by repeating the same leadership that was in the previous central committee.
The office bearers including the party’s vice chair, vice general secretary, and secretary, will be elected by today (Friday).
The ESP was split from the UML three years ago. This is the first national convention of the party after the split.
