Kathmandu, May 30: Kailash Sirohiya, the owner of the Kantipur Media Group (KMG), has been released on a personal guarantee on the condition of being presented at the court whenever asked.
The Police team had arrested and kept under police custody for an investigation of his citizenship.
The Dhanusha District Court issued a release order on a personal guarantee on Wednesday, 29 May.
