Kathmandu, May 21: Kailash Sirohiya, chairman of the Kantipur Media Group, has been arrested by the Police from his office in Thapathali, Kathmandu.
The Valley Crime Investigation Bureau of the Nepal Police arrested him on the charge of using dual citizenship.
Earlier, the Dhanusha District Court had issued an arrest warrant on him.
Sirohiya was involved in various bargaining deals by using his media influence.
Of late, Sirohiya had used all his media outlets against DPM and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane. Both of them were in direct confrontation.
