Kathmandu, May 7: Upendra Yadav, chairman, of the Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal, has planned to knock on the court’s door against the split in his party.
Out of 12 MPs, seven MPs have formed another political party under the chairmanship of senior leader Ashok Rai. The Rai-led party was registered by the Election Commission on Monday. The new party is named “Janata Samajwadi Party” by removing “Nepal”.
