Kathmandu, April 29: Finance Minister Barshman Pun has said that the 3rd International Investment Conference-2024 was a grand success. Speaking at a sideline meeting with ambassadors of the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, International Monetary Fund United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and Nepal, who came to participate in the conference, Pun said on Monday that the conference was a success.
He mentioned that he was excited by the active participation of development partners in the investment conference. He said that the investment conference was successful due to the significant presence of development partners, investors and stakeholders.
Minister Pun said that the attendance at the investment conference confirmed that Nepal is one of the best investment destinations in the world for investment.
In the meeting, he promised to make the cooperation with the development partners more harmonious in the future. “The investment conference has been successful due to the level of presence of investors, development partners and stakeholders,” Minister Pun said, “We have succeeded in establishing the fact that Nepal is an emerging and attractive destination for investment and there are plenty of investment opportunities here.”
