RPP to continue agitation

By Our Reporter

The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), which organized a massive demonstration on Chaitra 27 (April 9), is preparing for a nationwide decisive demonstration demanding a change of the system to change the situation of the country.

RPP in Kathmandu organized a corner rally after the death of Thakur Prasad Dangi, who suffered a respiratory problem after the police opened teargas on the RPP demonstrators on the April 9 demonstration.

Dangi died on April 15 while undergoing treatment at the Birendra Military Hospital.

Dangi was the chairman of the RPP, Madhuwan Municipality in Bardiya.

Paying tribute to Dangi, RPP has demanded declaring him a martyr and providing financial compensation to his family.

RPP spokesman Mohan Shrestha said that the agitation that started nationwide will continue until the collapse of the present political system.
