Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank classified as “A” class bank by Nepal Stock Exchange

Kathmandu, February 19: Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has been classified as “A” in the classification of organized institutions according to the notification issued by Nepal Stock Exchange Limited on Falgun 3, 2080.

According to Regulation 11 of the Securities Listing Regulations 2075, having a paid-up capital of at least one billion rupees, at least 3 years of securities listing, having been profitable for the past three financial years and distributing dividends, and having received an average or higher rating from a credit rating organization, organizations that have submitted financial statements in the format prescribed by the regulatory body and held annual general meetings within 6 months of the end of the financial year are classified as “A” and accordingly, Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has succeeded in being classified as “A”.
