Kathmandu, February: The Korala Pass has remained closed for two weeks from February 8 to 23, informed Loghekar Damodar Kunda Rural Municipality in Mustang.
The trade pass with China in Mustang has remained close as Chinese nationals are observing the New Year festival.
Upon Nepal’s request, China opened the trade pass for all around the year and locals in Mustang are importing necessary goods from the Chinese side. With the opening of the border, it became easier for the citizens of Upper Mustang to reach China and buy goods.
