Kathmandu, February 6: The Kathmandu District Court on Monday permitted keeping Arun Chaudhary and two others arrested on the charge of grabbing the land belonging to the Bansbari Shoe Factory for two days more.
The Court has given a unique order that if the investigation is not completed in an extended two days, to release Chaudhary on bail.
Normally, the court can give up to 90 days to those alleged culprits for necessary investigation, however, in Chaudhary’s case, only two days have been extended.
According to the Court verdict, Chaudhary is going to be released on bail on Tuesday.
