Court granted permission to keep Arun Chaudhary under police custody for three days

Kathmandu, February 5: The Kathmandu District Court has granted permission to the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) to keep under police custody Arun Chaudhary, who was alleged for being involved in capturing the land worth 10 ropanis belonging to the Bansbari Shoe factory, for a further three days. 

Earlier, the court had permitted to spend four days in police custody. 

The court has also extended the custody period for three days for Ajit Narayan Singh Thapa and Sanjaya Thakur, who were also alleged to be involved in the scam.
