
Kathmandu, January 14: The ruling coalition has appealed to voters to vote for the common candidates of the coalition in the National Assembly elections.
In the meeting held this morning at the Prime Minister’s official residence, Baluwatar, an appeal was made to make the alliance more organized and stronger by making 19 common candidates of the alliance victorious in the upcoming National Assembly elections to be held on January 25.
It is said in the appeal, “The candidates presented by the alliance for the election are the common candidates of all of us. During the National Assembly elections, there may be various activities that weaken our alliance. This election is also an opportunity to further ensure political stability in the country by making the alliance more organized and stronger.”
Chairman of Maoist Center and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, President of Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba, Chairman of United Samajwadi Party Madhav Kumar Nepal, Chairman of Janata Samajwadi Party Ranjita Shrestha Chaudhary, Chairman of Democratic Samajwadi Party Mahanth Thakur, and Chairman of Jan Morcha Chitra Bahadur KC have signed the appeal.
