Kathmandu, 6 January: CPN Unity National Campaign Coordinator Bamdev Gautam has accused the government led by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal of putting Nepal’s independence, sovereignty, and Nepali self-respect at the feet of India.
In a statement issued on Friday, he made the allegations targeting the agreement signed between Nepal’s Foreign Minister NP Saud and Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Thursday and alleged the government was working against national interests.
Gautam, who is also a member of the National Assembly, clarified that the permission for providing Rs 200 million per project in any project in Nepal is another tainted incident in the history of Nepal.
