RPP meeting proposes for launching movement

Kathmandu, 17 December: Rashtriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) President Rajendra Lingden has proposed to launch a movement for the restoration of the monarchy and Hindu Rashtra. Presenting his contemporary proposal at the central committee meeting that started in the capital today, Lingden said that, considering the current situation of the country, there is no option to go to the street struggle.

Lingden said that unity and cooperation with like-minded groups and parties is necessary and possible. “Let’s launch a movement and put public pressure from all sides with our organizational strength,” Lingden said.

“Conspiracy against the RPP by creating confusion about the RPP and systematically defaming the RPP leadership should be stopped,” he said.

In the meeting, General Secretary Dhaval Shumsher Rana presented the action plan related to the mass movement. According to the action plan which was passed by the committee meeting earlier, it is said that the RPP should launch a movement.
