Kathmandu, 12 December: The Public Procurement and Monitoring Office has blacklisted 12 construction companies that did not work on time. As per the recommendation of blacklisting by the contracting public body, the procurement office has blacklisted Adarsh Construction Company located at Golbazar-Siraha for three years.
Triveni Construction in Pokhara Metropolitan Municipality-8 has been blacklisted for two years. Gangotri Devi Construction Service of Nepalgunj has also been blacklisted for two years.
Panchthar’s Kamal Construction, Banke’s Anamika Construction, Banke’s Bhavesh Construction, Kathmandu, Teku’s Energy-Krishav Must JV have been blacklisted for one and a half years.
The office has issued a public notice and placed them on the blacklist in accordance with subsection 1 of section 63 of the Public Procurement Act 2063.
