Kathmandu, 10 December: Foreign Minister N.P. Saud left for Qatar to attend the Doha Forum on Saturday.
The 21th Doha Forum summit is starting today (10 December) in Doha, the capital of Qatar.
FM Saud’s secretariat has stated that Minister Saud is making serious efforts for the release of Bipin Joshi, who is believed to be under the control of the Palestine militia.
