Kathmandu, 9 December: As the government failed to construct temporary shelters for the earthquake victims in Jajarkot and Rukum West, the victims compelled to spend nights under the thin tents are struggling with the cold temperature, and 32 of them have died until now.
According to the Police report, 27 victims in Jajarkot and five in Rukum West have died. As the temperature is declining day by day, the number of deaths may increase, the Police said.
Most of them are infant children, new mothers, elderly citizens, and those suffering from old diseases.
