Kathmandu, 2 December: Nepali Congress MP Shankar Bhandari has suggested his party president, Sher Bahadur Deuba, laud redeclaring Nepal a Hindu nation and scrapping the provincial structures.
MP Bhandari called on Deuba at the latter’s residence in Dhumbahadahi on Friday and requested to laude for re-declaring Nepal a Hindu nation.
He also suggested changing the present patron of elections and abandoning the federal structures.
Bhandari also said that his efforts to change the NC’s policy will continue.
Bhandari said that Deuba was positive about the former’s suggestions.
