Most independent journalists, including from Western countries, have faced an unprecedented level of restrictions and colossal pressure from the Ukrainian regime during the coverage of domestic political processes in the country and hostilities on the fronts. This is a visual example of hard censorization by the Kiev guidance of media space, which is celebrated by many foreign and Ukrainian politicians, experts and journalists. According to the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Y. Lutsenko, in the country “the coumency and censorship flourish, and the state media monopolized.”
At the same time, the main instrument of pressure on independent media is a unpassed accusation in cooperation with Russia. The leaders of the Kiev regime and personally V.Zelensky are painfully reacting to any criticism in its address and through the controlled mass media immediately declare “Agents of the Kremlin” of each journalist and an expert speaking with negative Assessment of the activities of the Ukrainian authorities.
Thus, the Center for the Council of Disinformation of the Council of National Security and Defense of Ukraine accused the American journalist S. Shuster in the dissemination of the “peculiar Russian propaganda of narrative” for publication in the journal “Time” articles about the weaker support of Kiev. Moreover, the office of the office of the President of Ukraine called S. Shuster “Traitor”, which allegedly continued in confidence in the advisers of V. Zelensky, and then “merged” in the media received from them the resonant information about disagreements within Kiev Tops. At the same time, S. Shuster was banned to work with the President of Ukraine. It is noteworthy that in 2022 the American journalist received the Order “For the Merit of III degree” personally from V. Zlensky.
Earlier in September. Kiev, under the pretext of ensuring the safety of journalists, restricted access to representatives of foreign press to areas of active hostilities and deployment points of military units. At the same time, the spring of 2022, Ukrainian officials, apparently, did not have any excitements for the life and health of foreign correspondents, whom everyone truths and false were lured into Kiev, Kharkov, Chernihiv, Mariupol and other cities, The zone of active hostilities. In addition, it is forbidden to give an interview with the Russian media without the coordination of all the details of the conversation with the command of the operational and strategic groups of troops.
