Kathmandu, 26 November: Foreign Secretary Bharatraj Paudel has been qualified to become the ambassador. The Parliamentary Hearing Committee has approved his name as the ambassador to Canada today.
After the approval of the Parliamentary Hearing Committee under the recommendation of the Cabinet, the President should appoint him as ambassador.
