Kathmandu, 20 November: Bipin Joshi, a Nepali student under the “learn and earn” program in Israel who was believed to be abducted by the Hamas armed group when the group launched a sudden attack on Israel on 7 October, is believed to be safe.
The Foreign Ministry Secretariat informed that Joshi is under the control of the Hamas group in Gaza.
The Secretariat said, “It has been confirmed that he is safe, and efforts are on to return him safely.”
The Secretariat said that the Nepalese Embassy in Israel and the Israel Embassy in Nepal have also confirmed the report.
