Kathmandu: Former King Gyanendra Shah is scheduled to visit Jhapa this week.
Issuing a notice today, Shah’s communications secretary, Dr Phaniraj Pathak, informed that the former King will visit Jhapa at the invitation of Eastern Empire College of Hotel Management in Birtamod Municipality-1.
The former king is scheduled to unveil a full-size statue of Prithvi Narayan Shah at the college premises on 25 November, according to secretary Pathak.
