NA helicopters are busy in carrying VVIPs and VIPs, earthquake victims deprived of relief materials

Kathmandu, 9 November: It has already been six days since the Friday midnight earthquake in Jajarkot caused a heavy casualty of lives and physical property, those displaced people in remote areas have not been able to receive any relief materials until now.

Females giving birth recently, infant children, injured people, and other earthquake-displaced people are compelled to spend nights under the sky, and they have felt sick just waiting for the relief materials. As the remote villages are out of road access, the helicopter is the only means for carrying relief materials but the Nepal Army helicopters are busy carrying VVIPs and VIPs in the earthquake-hit areas, instead of transporting relief materials.

Meanwhile, former finance minister and Maoist leader Janardan Sharma is doing the vote politics by diverting the relief materials in his electoral constituency instead of providing the relief materials to the needy people.
