
Kathmandu, 9 November: The relief materials worth 260 million rupees for the earthquake victims in Jajarkot sent by China arrived in Pokhara by two Chinese Air Force aircraft on Wednesday.
Chinese Ambassador Chen Song handed over the relief materials to Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayankaji Shrestha at the Pokhara Regional International Airport the same day.
The relief materials include blankets, tarpaulins, etc.. Two PLA aircraft from Chengdu Airport in China landed at Pokhara Airport with relief materials.
Other consignments of Chinese support for the earthquake victims have already arrived at Rasuwagadhi border pass.
