Kathmandu, November 4: A strong earthquake epicenter in Jajarkot at 11.47 p.m. midnight on Friday has killed dozens of people in Jajarkot and nearby districts.
The jolt was also experienced in Kathmandu and other parts of Nepal and north-west Indian cities.
According to the initial reports, a 6.5-magnitude earthquake claimed 35 people in Jajarkot.
14 people have been killed in Aathbiskot of Rukum. Local hospitals are rushed with injured people, houses have collapsed and dry landslides have been witnessed in West Nepal.
Five people have been reported to be killed in Sanoveri Rural Municipality. Seven people have been killed in Kushe Rural Municipality.
