Kathmandu, 1 October: Farmers producing dairy products have not been able to get payment for the last three months.
Farmers from 35 districts are yet to get payments worth six billion rupees from different dairy industries, it has been learned.
The dairy industries are saying that as they were unable to sell the dairy products in the market, they were unable to pay the farmers.
The National Dairy Development Board has put pressure on the dairy industries for the payment of the farmers.
