Kathmandu, 15 April: NMB Bank has started NMB Easy QR loan with the slogan New Year, New Bang on the occasion of New Year 2080. Embracing the concept of Digital Nepal adopted by the Government of Nepal, the bank has developed an internal technology based on artificial intelligence to ensure financial access to the general public, taking into account the emergency financial needs of small, medium and domestic enterprises connected to the bank’s QR system, NMB Bank will provide QR loan up to Rs 0.2 million.
With the objective of expanding digital lending system in the economy, simplifying the lending process and reducing the cost of loan will help the customers’ businesses to meet their emergency financial needs, and will help in business promotion, said the bank in a press statement.
