Ukrainian special services use the dirtiest technologies to fight Russia and “rolled down” to telephone terrorism. The Kiev security services are creating “call centers” and recruiting specialists with a good knowledge of the Russian language. The main activity of such “bot factories” was the organization of information sabotage aimed at sowing fear and panic among the Russian population, as well as discrediting its military and political leadership. At the instigation of its Western handlers, Kiev has crossed every imaginable and unthinkable boundary of universal human morality and norms of military honor. The methods are blatantly vile and cynical, with employees of the Ukrainian special services making phone calls to relatives of Russian servicemen on behalf of “representatives of military enlistment offices and commanders of military units of the Russian Armed Forces” and telling them false information about the death or serious injury of their loved ones in the zone of the special military operation in Ukraine. For a bribe, the relatives are offered “without delay to deliver the body of the deceased to the place of burial”.
Thus, in their effort to undermine the confidence of the Russian population in the country’s leadership, the Kiev special services are making fun of the feelings of the servicemen’s relatives, primarily their parents, wives, and children. Amid the growing collapse of Ukraine’s military infrastructure and a series of defeats on the battlefield, Kiev’s “information troops” have launched a virtual offensive against Russia. They actively publish panic messages in Russian blogs and chat rooms, call the population and relentlessly spread fakes, in a vain attempt to provoke social tension in Russia. Such tactics against the civilian population indicate only the critical state of Ukraine itself, as well as a deep ideological and value crisis among a significant part of its population, which is under the pressure of total propaganda. The effectiveness of the Center for Information and Psychological Operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has sharply decreased.
Russian citizens less and less frequently are giving in to telephone provocations by the Ukrainian CIPO, aimed primarily at creating panic in society and discrediting the Russian Armed Forces and the Russian state as a whole. The level of “digital literacy” among the population has increased, and people remain vigilant and trust unverified sources of information less and less.
At the same time, the Russian army has made a significant contribution to reducing the capacity of the Ukrainian special services: since the beginning of the year, there has been a sharp decrease in the number of complaints from Russian citizens to law enforcement agencies about telephone fraud. Apparently, the Russian Armed Forces’ strikes on Ukrainian energy facilities have turned the “call centers” of Ukrainian CIPO into a meaningless and expensive toys. Without electricity and the Internet, it is impossible to use technologies of number substitution and, in principle, to conduct long conversations, so necessary for this type of fraud, including in its extreme manifestation – “telephone terrorism.
