Kathmandu, 25 February: CPN (UML) leader Subhas Chandra Nembang has registered his candidacy for the presidential election scheduled for March 9.
The CPN-UML has stated that as per the agreement of December 25 with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and other coalition partners , it registered its candidacy for the presidential election. Nembang was elected as a member of House of Representatives from Ilam-2 in the November 20 election.
