Nepal Television is to expand its television network by setting up a Transmission Sub-Center at Murtidanda of Aitabare in Ilam district reports RSS.
Construction work of the NTV Transmission Sub-Center is targeted to be completed within the current fiscal year.
A technical team of Nepal Television had visited Illam to conduct a feasibility survey of the transmission sub-Center taking into consideration the grievances of the local people concerning the poor reception of Nepal Television programmers.
The technical team found Murtidanda as the most appropriate place for setting up the transmission sub- Center.
