Kathmandu: Various contradicting and diverging narratives are being floated for “public consumption” by some interested political quarters both within and without the formation of the new government under the command of Delhi’s “good boy” Prachanda aka Pushpa Kamal Dahal.
However, Delhi now takes its “boy” as China’s “kid” and fears that during his Premiership, China will gulp Nepal.
Shielding the “naughty boy’ to blame China?
Some logic floated is not only ridiculous but horrible as well which gives some space to conclude that “a powerful country” in the immediate neighborhood has flooded the rumor market with its “structured and manufactured” logic vis-à-vis the new government in Nepal.
This is, let’s admit, the beauty of imposed democracy.
The dis (information) lab is situated across the border and in some “dark corners” in Kathmandu led by a recognized known alien force and its hangers-on spreading fake and false accounts.
The advantage of this “imposed republican order” has been that every man with some political bend has become an analyst who has been floating “tales” that suit his or her political interests or leaning.
Some do so to show the domestic population that they too have attained the status of “political analyst” and yet some others do so as per the transcripts from alien quarters and concurrently serve the alien interests for sure and unfailingly.
Of the many tales and accounts, as regards the formation of the new government led by Maoists Chairman Prachanda, India’s Godi media (those media men who at best could be taken as hangers-on/stooge of Prime Minister Modi) have their own preferred-distorted explanation on the installation of the new government in Nepal by a personality who “hibernated” in Delhi under the “protection and utmost” care of the Indian government that was assisted by the Indian spy agency-the Research Analysis Wing (RAW).
Senior political analyst Bharat Dahal who himself served the Nepal Maoists party as its loyal cadre says that “when I saw for myself as to how the Maoist leaders in Delhi were provided with the Indian government’s top class security, I came to my senses and concluded that the entire Maoist people’s war was nothing but an India designed war against the Nepal government or say the Nepali State”.
What could be the best example of what Comrade Prachanda is and if one were to recall his past while being in Delhi’s NOIDA enjoying the Indian government’s patronage?
A political man under an Indian design creates havoc in Nepal, damages the basic infrastructure across Nepal and looted several banks of Nepal and that too under Indian instructions and yet he is a China man?
A man who is in Delhi kills some seventeen thousand innocent Nepali civilians (personally admits killing five thousand) from across the country (Nepal) during the decade-long so-called and fake “people’s war” is yet a China hand?
A man who twists Nepali politics and creates terror from Indian soil is still a China man?
A man who when “exported” to Nepal from India is still a man of China?
And the man who feels honored and gratified in being interviewed in Kathmandu by an Indian sleuth from the flock of Godi media is a man of China?
And above all, why did a highly arrogant Godi media (the ABP) man land in Kathmandu at a crucial time when the country is engaged in forming a new government?
And why the Indian media man, Dewang, is allowed to quarrel with a Nepali journalist (Diwakar jee) almost threatening the latter as if he were the Nepali Prime Minister?
And yet he is a China man as Prachanda is being construed by the entire Indian media led by the undisciplined ABP correspondent?
The fact is that the Indian media is shielding Prachanda from his “Delhi’s past” and in doing so, the Indian government under Islamophobic Modi prefers to portray Prachanda (the Delhi confidante in essence) as China’s hand only because former Prime Minister K. P. Sharma Oli, falsely taken by Delhi as China man, remained instrumental in “making Prachanda” the new Prime Minister of Nepal.
Oli was certainly a kingmaker. But how”? We will come to it later.
Former PM K. P. Sharma Oli was never a China man but was and still is New Delhi’s stamped man.
The fact is that former Nepal PM K. P. Oli once out of Indian humiliation, arrogance and due to the Indian imposition of the economic blockade in the year 2015 approached Beijing and managed to bag some substantial support from China to lessen the pains of the people from the Indian blockade and that’s it.
This should not mean that Oli changed his camps overnight from New Delhi to Beijing.
K. P. Oli since the time of the Mahakali Treaty ratification in the mid-nineties is on record to have worked as an Indian hand who worked a day-in-day-out to hand over the mighty Mahakali River to India at a very dirt cheap price.
If so, and it is so then how does K.P. Is Oli a Chinese man?
The fact is that former Prime Minister K. P. Oli is more Indian than Prime Minister Modi or the RAW Chief S. K. Goyal, say sources close to him.
Recall how the sitting Nepal PM Oli met in his private/official residence in Baluatar the RAW Chief Samanta Kumar Goyal in the wee hours.
The question could then be asked as to why the RAW Chief went straight to see PM Oli and that too around midnight.
Neither Prachanda nor K. P. Oli is a Chinese man, instead, they both are India’s intimate political personalities in Nepal.
There should be no delusion that the entire political and administrative affairs are under the complete control of the Indian establishment.
Prachanda himself has expressed that “he feels proud to have been interviewed by the Indian media first”.
He was interviewed by one Modi hand DEEWAN from the ABP news, New Delhi.
And he is on record to have admitted that “My first congratulatory message came from the sitting Indian envoy in Kathmandu”.
Prachanda however, has yet to speak of the messages he must have received from his New Delhi mentors, for example, FATHER Shyam Saran, S. D. Muni, and the RAW Chief”.
Let’s presume, even though he denies it that they must have sent their greetings to the new Nepal PM Prachanda, the amigo of the Indian regime.
Nepali people remain askance as to why India feels insecure in Nepal.
Given the fact that entire Nepal, and India elevated leaders and political animals ruling this country and yet India feels threatened by China? This is pretension.
The fact is that India’s bullying diplomacy, Indian trickery and the Indian thuggery initiated by Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Brajesh Mishra, Dr MM Singh (personal assistant of Italian lady Mrs Gandhi) S. D. Muni, father Shaym Saran, Ranjeet Rae, Rakesh Sood in nourishing Nepal Maoists leaders, for example, Prachanda, Dr Babu Ram Bhattarai, Netra Bikram Chand, Matrika Yadav, C. P. Gajurel, Mohan Baidya, Krishna Bahadur Mahara and Ram Bahadur Thapa Badal, continue even as of today.
Even these two political men, Prachanda and Oli compete with each other in serving the Indian establishment.
And some freshly elected Nepali Parliamentarians reportedly enjoyed the unconditional backing of the Indian secret agency to the extent that some even authentically claim that a sizeable team of the RAW sleuths had landed in Kathmandu secretly in order to ensure the victory of a “particular” person who loves “Mother India” more than “Mother Nepal”.
Guess who this person is freshly elected? Keep on guessing.
Again India’s comfortable government:
November 16 2022 article penned by three Indian nationals, Vedanta Choudhary, Abhinav Singh Khatri and Samkalp Chakravorty leaves no doubt that the present government in Nepal under “India comfortable” Prachanda is the tacit manoeuvring of the Indian regime as usual and that India played its tricks to uplift its bosom friend Prachanda to lead the new government in Nepal.
India had a bumper prize from Nepal in that two “Communist heroes and builders of new Nepal” have converged together and formed a government that not only is India comfortable but, people suspect, may even submit the entire nation to the mercy of the Indian expansionists a la Sikkim, ultimately.
What if the two, Oli and Prachanda, approve the pending citizenship bill in India’s favor and thereby merge and submerge Nepal into the Republic of India?
Let’s not go to this extreme as Oli has to a greater extent exhibited his “nationalistic credentials” at the time of the 2015 economic blockade.
The three South Block close intellectuals, mentioned above, had clearly stated in their joint article published in the “National Interest” that “Delhi will entertain the increasing US influence in Nepal if it helps the New Delhi regime and that any extra influence of the US in Nepal shall not be tolerated”.
This is why India sent blunt signals to the US through its close scholars that “US influence must not exceed the limits as a set and defined by the Indian regime in Nepal”.
This does mean that India is comfortable with the US on Nepal’s political matters if those manoeuvrings do not cross the ascertained limits demarcated by India.
Should this mean that the approval of the USS Millennium Project (MCC) by Nepal’s parliament too is not liked by India given the US project benefits India much more than Nepal as regards the “Electrical Transmission Line”.
India though in the US designed a security apparatus, the QUAD, but yet would not allow the US to replace its gigantic influence in Nepal.
Observers who understand India better stamp that the new Nepal government is the sure-shot construct of the notorious Indian regime. That’s it.
The Indian storyline shifts the making to China. Height of absurdity.
Yes. A Chinese delegation for the survey of the Rail link from Keyrung Tibet to Kathmandu arrived close on the heels of the formation of the new Nepal set-up.
China’s envoy or for that matter the Chinese side too customarily congratulated the new PM on his assumption of the post the other day. However, this doesn’t mean that China was behind the new setup in Nepal.
What is less talked about is the secret ‘advance’ arrival of some “mysterious” Indian nationals in Kathmandu to influence the new Nepal set-up with an objective to install its “comfortable government” here.
Who knows, Munna Bhai, Bijaya half-litre wallah, Bijaya Molly, Churia, Hare Ram Madhab, Harendra Pechoria et al may have landed in Kathmandu much ahead of the election or selection of Prachanda in Kathmandu.
The fact is that a high-level RAW team from Delhi was in Kathmandu to “select” a new Nepal PM which was largely unheeded.
Nepali media men enjoying the RAW largesse prefer not to expose “Mother India” for some exclusive reasons.
New Storyline floated:
This narrative talks of the convergence of India and China to thwart the increasing US influence in Nepal more so after the approval of the US Millennium Project-the MCC.
Highly placed sources have told this news portal that India and China have converged forwarding the criteria as to why a far-flung country, the USA in Nepal and by extension in South Asia?
This does mean that both China and India prefer to keep the US far from South Asia.
In politics, this theory and the likelihood can’t be ruled out. But very recently India and the US had a joint military drill close to the China border.
Needless to say, China is at odds with the US and vice versa and thus this new theory can’t be ignored. In politics, there is neither a permanent enemy nor a lasting friendship.
But can China or for that matter the US repose trust on a chameleon India?
What also can’t be ignored is that “India” could play double with the US for containing China and with the Russians during the US.
Brahma Chellaney, an Indian scholar close to South Block blisters, through a Twitter account stating that “the return of the Communists rule in Nepal adds to India’s regional challenges….Nepali communists have regained power through a marriage of convenience between rival groups”.
Chellaney adds, “Nepal may be symbiotically tied to India but Nepali communists, after returning to power, promise to “balance” Nepal’s ties with India and China”.
Chellaney prefers Nepal to remain under the Indian umbrella, which is unacceptable.
A lady Navita Srikant disagrees with Chellaney’s outbursts and says, “Nepal’s communist not comparable to Chinese; In 07/08, India brokered peace deal, not China; India’s misadventure let Chinese entry in 2015-18. Still Nepali didn’t give Chinese inroads; to cry now of Chinese in Nepal is a miscarriage of India’s foreign policy”.
Navita has put the record straight and thus no further explanation can justify India’s shedding tears that China has taken over Nepal.
Madan Regmi on India: The more Nepal will stoop, and offer, the more the imperialist and expansionist British-born India will blackmail, demand, snatch and occupy. Be prepared to fight. It will not only save ourselves but also save other small South Asian nations which are already grabbed by Indian aggressors”.
Concluding remarks: Yes! What is true is that China too has now increased its attention in Nepal. China has sent signals about this.
# K. P. Oli was the kingmaker in the entire game but he acted as per one alien force.
# What is also true is that Prachanda is trying to portray himself as a true Nepali nationalist as some marked changes could be seen in his shift from a hard to a soft political line. That’s all.
