Kathmandu, 12 November: Popular actress Manisha Koirala has appealed to the voters to make the Rashtriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) victorious in the upcoming elections.
Speaking at the RPP election assembly in Kathmandu on Friday, she made it clear that she chose the RPP candidate because she was impressed by Rajendra Lingden’s leadership. “When Lingden said that doing corruption is like imbibing mother’s blood,” she said that she wholeheartedly stood in favor of it.
Actress Koirala said that she was proud that Lyngden had taken BP Koirala’s ideas. She also argued that RPP candidates should win to strengthen the voice of the people in the parliament.
