Kathmandu, 6 November: The Supreme Court (SC) has issued a short-term interim order not to proceed any legal action against the campaigners involved in ‘No Not Again’ through social media including Facebook
The bench of justice Hariprasad Phuyal gave an interim short-term interim to the Election Commission (EC) to halt proceedings. Senior Advocate Dinesh Tripathi and Advocate Anil Acharya filed a writ saying that No Not Again campaigners should not be prosecuted. The EC had directed the concerned parties to close the No Not Again Facebook campaign.
