Kathmandu, 4 September: Former Prime Minister and Chairman of CPN-UML KP Sharma Oli has claimed that Kalapani, Lipulek and Limpiyadhura will be brought back and won’t leave an inch of land encroached by others. Addressing the election assembly organized by UML at the Darchula district headquarters Khalanga on Friday, Oli mentioned that Nepal is not in favor of giving up an inch of land to anyone. In the matter of nationality, his party is not going to compromise with others.
“Nepal is not going to leave even an inch of land to anyone on the question of nationality. Not even an inch of ground is going to be crushed. We have issued a new map including the Nepali territory,” Oli said.
“Parliament has passed it unanimously. I want to guarantee to return the Nepali territory encouraged by India for the last six decades”, he said.
He condemned the government saying that said that the coalition government did not take quick action in the incident of the death of a 12-year-old boy due to a stone falling during the construction of the road by the Indian side.
Oli chose Darchula for organising his party’s first election assembly giving the message that his party is committed for returning Nepal’s encroached territory.
