Kathmandu, 21 October: The Election Commission (EC) has sought clarification of Madhav Kumar Nepal, Chair of United Socialist Party, who stated that he will provide free visa, ticket and training for migrant workers aspiring for foreign employment, if he were elected in the November 20 elections.
On the contrary, the constitutional body did not say anything to the Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba’s wife Arzu Rana Deuba when she made false promise to canvass voters during the recent local elections. In a program in Dadeldhura she had assured that the youth will be sent abroad on a free visa free ticket. She also told that more than 400 unemployed youths from Kailali were sent abroad with free visas and tickets.
