Kathmandu, 4 October: The Election Commission has allowed permission to 20 thousand election observers – both locals and foreigners — for the 20 November elections.
The Commission has decided to mobilize such observers also in remote parts of the country.
The Commission has also urged the diplomatic missions in Nepal to monitor voting on 20 November.
