Oli denies implementation of 10 points, Rawal tenders resignation from the task force coordinator

Kathmandu, 23 October: Vice-Chairman Bhim Rawal has tendered resignation from the post of coordinator of the 10-point agreement implementation task force after Chairman KP Sharma Oli showed reluctance to implement the 10-point agreement reached to resolve the UML dispute.

At the standing committee meeting held at Tulsilal Pratisthan in Lalitpur on Friday, Rawal said he would not be the task force coordinator. “I have resigned from the task force coordinator at the standing committee meeting after Chairman KP Sharma Oli failed to implement the 10-point agreement,” Rawal said.

Deputy Secretary-General Ghanshyam Bhusal has also expressed support for the dissenting opinion submitted by Rawal.
